My ideal client is someone who is active, motivated, and eager to get back to 100%. I have an extensive background in the treatment of orthopedic disorders, sports-related injuries, and work-stress that manifests as chronic tension and postural misalignment. In addition to 4 years at a certified acupuncture school, I spent 2 years training at a Sports Medicine Acupuncture clinic; I worked at UCSD’s RIMAC center for student athletes; I’ve treated triathletes, Iron Man and Ultra Man competitors, Marathoners, and Olympic-level Athletes. I also have experience treating the elderly, autoimmune disorders, gynecological/women’s health, and many others.

I treat tendon, muscle, and connective tissue injuries; sprains, strains, fractures; muscle soreness, chronic overuse injuries, repetitive motion injuries; postural misalignment or inhibited range of motion; numbness and tingling; headaches; arthritis; meniscus injury; knee, ankle, elbow, wrist, low back, hip, neck pain; stress, depression, and anxiety; men/women’s health.

We are conveniently located in Sorrento Valley, walking distance from Qualcomm. We have two separate treatment rooms just for acupuncture that provide total privacy for our patients. The heated beds, infrared heat lamps, and soothing music provide a spa like experience.
