Asheville Holistic Acupuncture is a classical Chinese medicine clinic located at 43 Grove Street, Suite 2 in downtown Asheville, NC. Tyler White, L.Ac. is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist licensed in North Carolina, practicing continuously since 2015.

Tyler trained under Jeffrey Yuen — an 88th-generation Daoist priest and one of the foremost classical Chinese medicine authorities in the world — and holds a Bachelor of Science from Brown University and a Master’s degree from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville. This lineage-rooted training distinguishes his approach from standard TCM practice: every patient receives a comprehensive whole-body diagnostic intake using pulse and tongue evaluation, with treatment targeting the root cause of disease rather than symptom management alone.

Services include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, fire cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, auricular acupuncture, pediatric acupuncture, dietary therapy, and needle-free options for patients who prefer them.
